I has been announced that to be included in Australia's Parliament security upgrades is a wall measuring no higher then 90cm. The wall will go around Parliament in a bid to stop trucks, loaded with explosives, from gaining access near the building.
How does a wall cost eleven and a quarter million dollars? Is there a tank positioned at the top?
