Beverly Hills. The Australian Prime Minister Mr John Howard has chosen to stay at the ritzy Beverly Wilshire Hotel while staying in California.
The Beverly Wilshire Hotel was the setting for the hit eighties classic 'Pretty Woman' staring Julia Roberts. Sources say that not long after arriving Mr Howard and wife Janette retreated to their room and placed the do not disturb sign on the door knob. Exactly an hour afterwards, Mrs Howard was seen exiting the hotel heading in the direction of the expensive Beverly Hills retail outlets. Advisers for the PM say he's too tired too comment.
